House Rules & Conditions

Check in is between 13.00pm and 23.30pm
Check out is by 10.00am

Marquise & Infinity villas are non-smoking buildings and we ask you to fully respect this policy. Smoking is completely forbidden inside the houses and only permitted outside on the veranda ground floor or in the garden, please use the ashtrays placed in the kitchen area.

Much as we love them, we are unable to accept dogs, cats or any other pets in the property. Therefore please don’t provide the neighboring animals with the meal at the premises

• Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures at the Guest House
• Storing food opened in the rooms or outside the house is not recommended due to the local climate conditions and pest control policy
•  Please switch off the lights, air-conditioning units, fans, computer devices or chargers when leaving the premises
• No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet
• Never leave the Barbecue unattended once it has been lit; keep children away from the barbecue area

Although the Guest house management takes responsible steps to ensure the safety and security of all guests and their possessions, Guests retain final responsibility for their own safety and security

Keep house locked at all times when absent. The management is not responsible for lost items

•  By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect
• Please report any accidents or incidents to the Guest house management in connection with any property damage

The owners of Marquise & Infinity villas are dedicated to the protection of our planet’s resources and would encourage our Guests to help us by:

• Switching off lights when not in use
• Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use
• Rubbish will be cleared from the gate area. Please leave daily your rubbish outside to be cleared
